*本專案為環境部 LINE@ 官方帳號之「特效相框」社群互動視覺設計。設計核心旨在推廣綠色生活與環境教育,透過趣味性的數位互動拉近公部門與民眾的距離。視覺上將官方吉祥物「冰冰」與「黑寶」融入淨灘、環教設施探索等日常環保情境,並系統化規範直覺的拍照框格佈局。調性保持活潑、具親和力且不失宣導專業性,為行動端用戶建構具備高傳播效益與社群擴散力的沉浸式互動美學。
*This graphic and layout design project was developed for the Ministry of Environment's (MOE) official LINE@ interactive photo frame feature. The core objective of the design was to promote green living and environmental education, utilizing playful digital interactions to bridge the gap between the public sector and citizens. The visual framework seamlessly integrates official mascots into everyday sustainability scenarios—such as beach cleanups and environmental facility exploration—while systematically organizing intuitive framing layouts. The design delivers an approachable yet professional tone, constructing an immersive interactive experience optimized for mobile users to amplify social sharing and community engagement.
